1Password SaaS Manager #2001
New
- Access management: Added an Access tab to application pages. The existing Access Level table now appears in this tab, including the existing edit and delete actions.
- App catalog: You can now assign teams as application owners. SaaS Manager keeps team ownership current as team membership changes. Team member searches can also include people outside the default active employee and contractor filters.
- AI Spend and Consumption: People with access to the App Catalog can now view their own AI usage in the Consumption view.
- Workflows: Added a “Budget threshold crossed” trigger. You can select an application and a specific budget (optional). The trigger runs when a budget crosses a configured threshold or reaches 100%, and provides details about the application, budget, current spend, budget amount, and budget period.
- Budgets: You can now create budgets that span more than one year.
Improved
- AI Spend and Consumption: Added a guided integration connection flow to the dashboard. Disconnected integrations are now easier to identify, and the connection flow provides clearer feedback when a connection succeeds, fails, or needs additional setup.
- Budgets: The budget editor now opens in a drawer, making it easier to keep the surrounding page in view. Select outside the drawer to close it, and you’ll be warned before closing if you have unsaved changes.
- App catalog: Improved performance when loading team ownership information, particularly for organizations with many people and teams.
- Access requests: Updated navigation so the Requests tab uses the same URL and placement across application and person pages. Existing links now open the correct tab.
- Contracts: Improved reliability when processing PDF files during periods of high extraction service load.
- BambooHR: Added support for mapping the Hub and Type of Contributor option fields to custom fields in Later.
- Ironclad: Improved contract imports for organizations that use customized contract start date data.
- Slack: Provisioned usernames are now retained on customer app user records, improving the consistency of user information after provisioning.
Fixed
- Access requests: Fixed an issue where completed requests could reopen or trigger duplicate actions. Access request status changes and related provisioning actions now occur only once.
- Workflows: This release sees several Workflows fixes, including:
- API request steps now handle non-JSON responses correctly and route non-success responses through the configured error path.
- Fixed an issue where workflow fields were not populated for certain non-success responses.
- Fixed an issue where opening a workflow from the list could skip loading additional editor data.
- NICE CXone: Fixed an issue that could prevent the integration from connecting because of an invalid URL error.
- GitHub: Fixed an issue that could cause synchronization to fail when an enterprise SAML owner was missing.
- GitHub: GitHub audit log requests now stop gracefully when they encounter rate limiting instead of failing immediately.
- Microsoft Entra ID: Fixed an issue that could cause the Remove from groups step in an offboarding policy to fail.
