• Applications: Improved initial sync performance for very large organizations by allowing admins to defer user imports for newly discovered apps until they’re managed. Pending apps show an estimated user count.
• Applications: Lists now show how many owners or other items are hidden when the list is truncated.
• Teams: SaaS Manager now indicates when a team is managed by a connected source, so you know where to make changes.

• Contracts: Several updates to contracts, including:
  • Increased the AI extraction depth.
  • AI-extracted line items now use the correct billing periods and tax treatment, so itemized costs reconcile with the total contract value.
  • Contracts with tax now retain finite seat counts, so engagement calculations and unused-seat alerts work as expected.
• Workflows: Empty values from merge fields are now written as empty strings, so “Is empty” conditions behave consistently.
• Exports: You can now select Usage when exporting application information.
• Surveys and Assessments: Access checks now restrict recipient information to people with the appropriate permissions.
• SonarQube: Fixed an issue that prevented user imports from completing.
• Bill.com: Connections with a missing Organization ID now fail with clear reconnect instructions instead of sending an invalid request.
• Zendesk: Provisioning now applies configured group memberships to new users.
• HiBob: Invalid credential errors now prompt you to reconnect with a valid service user ID and token.
• Dropbox: Audit activity now associates with active users when duplicate profiles include a deleted record.
• Workday: Preferred names now appear correctly for organizations that store a person’s full preferred name in one field.
• Microsoft Entra ID: “Remove from groups” workflows no longer fail when they encounter dynamic groups. SaaS Manager skips groups it can’t manage and continues the workflow.
• Integrations: Connected instances now load correctly when an integration has multiple instances.
