1Password SaaS Manager #1701
New
- AI Assistant (public beta): New SaaS Manager customers now have AI Assistant available by default. This feature isn’t automatically enabled for existing customers and can still be disabled for individual customers.
- Google Workspace: You can now map select-type custom fields to SaaS Manager.
Improved
- AI Spend and Consumption: Product names now use friendly display names in charts and search instead of raw product IDs.
- AI Spend and Consumption: Updated error messages make it clearer when usage can’t be attributed to an individual user.
- ChatGPT Enterprise: You can now choose the ChatGPT organization used for AI usage when automatic detection selects the wrong organization. This helps avoid authorization errors for customers with separate OpenAI Platform and ChatGPT organizations.
Fixed
- AI Assistant: Fixed contract expiry filtering. Questions about contracts expiring within a relative date range, such as the next 90 days, now return matching results, and “View contracts” applies the requested date filters.
- Contracts: Fixed tax calculations for contract line items. Subtotal-level tax is now represented correctly instead of being added to every line item’s unit cost.
- Applications: Fixed app remapping when the source or target app has a large number of accounts. Existing instance names are now preserved when apps are merged.
- Browser Insights: Fixed user counts that displayed as zero in reports, aggregates, and grouped views.
- EPM: User sync no longer removes an Admin role that was granted manually in SaaS Manager.
